Noah Räderer


Noah-Luca Räderer is a doctoral candidate and research assistant at the Chair of German, European and International Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure as well as White-Collar Criminal Law (Prof. Dr Helmut Satzger) at LMU Munich. He passed the first state exam 2023 in Munich and was already employed as a student assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Satzger. As part of his work at the chair, he has been involved in several projects relating to climate criminal law, including the publication of the compendium on climate criminal law and other publications by Prof. Dr. Satzger. 

The subject of his dissertation focusses on the application of german criminal law on cross-border issues. He furthermore works as a research fellow at the law firm Ufer Scharf.
