Lena Köhn
Lena Köhn is a research fellow and PhD student at the Chair of Public Law and Administrative Sciences (Prof. Jens Kersten) at LMU Munich. In her PhD she focuses on the rights of nature in the Ecuadorian constitution and examines the transferability of the concept to German constitutional law. During her PhD related research stay in Ecuador she was an associate researcher at the chair of professor Ramiro Ávila Santamaría, Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, Quito. Previously, she studied law and completed a Foreign Law and Language Program in Spanish Law at the University of Münster. She has worked at the Ombudsman Office in Buenos Aires, Argentina and a law firm for environmental law in Munich.
